Claims Adjuster - AngelIs this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.ChelmsfordRoleClaims Adjuster handling claims from first advice to settlement, the role involves a portfolio of claims for the following classes of business:Directors & OfficersEmployers Liability Professional indemnity Cyber What you’ll be doingWhat will your essential responsibilities include?Deal with First Notice of Loss ("FNOL") and open claim files.Consider facts, issues and next steps in FNOL and identify further issues requiring clarification/investigation.Consider coverage and policy response.Identify matters that require referral to external legal panel or other service providers.Oversee the appropriate direction of the claim and the overall strategy to ensure that the best possible resolution is achieved.Review and process claim payments within authority levelDelivery a prompt claims service to brokers and clients.Assist underwriters with claims summaries for renewals.Ensure all communications are dealt with appropriately and in a timely fashion.Ensure that all reserves are set and monitored in line with the reserving philosophy.Ensure that all internal and external SLAs are met.Ensure that customers are treated fairly at all times.You will report to Claims Team LeadWhat you’ll bringWe’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Works well within a teamGood communication skillsInterpersonal skillsWhat we offerInclusionAXA XL is committed to equal employment opportunity and will consider applicants regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity and origins, marital status, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
