The role will require extensive International Travel to deliver training to our global retailer network.Experience as an Automotive Technical Trainer is desired.Role Responsibilities:Deliver technical training to a variety of delegatesEnsure the provision of training resources: delegate handouts, PowerPoint slides, special tools, training aids and vehiclesProofread and amend training materialEnsure all training activities comply with company's quality standards, meet health and safety requirements, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of careWork as a member of the Technical Training Team, as well as delivering training independentlyRole Requirements:Have excellent training delivery and facilitation skills, a passion for learning and coaching.Relevant adult training qualifications such as CIPD and TAP are preferred but not essential (additional development programmes are available if these qualifications have not yet been achieved)Be able to work under pressure and use innovation in the delivery and assessment of trainingEffective communicatorAble to work within agreed time-scalesGood knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and the internetHold a valid UK driving licenceIn return, we offer:A competitive base salary with a company carFREE RAC Ultimate Complete Breakdown Service from Day One.
