The expectation is to support exhibitions, conferences, seminars and Tech Days and other events that may arise to enhance external stakeholder engagement whilst aligning on Company brand messaging, values and budgets.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously alongside an exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills are a necessity. This requires working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver professional, effective events with a clear commercial outcome often under pressurised timelines.What the role involves:Provide a level of assistant to the Event & AEG Campaign Manager and/or senior management with EMEA events with regards to venue sourcing, logistics, catering and event reporting requirements.Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, milestones, and task lists identifying any potential obstacles that may arise with appropriate resolutions.Prior to key events commencing, preparation of event collaterals / giveaways to be considered to enable shipments to arrive.Ensure attendees at the events are full appraised as to the event goals and requirements.At events support the respective Event Management to ensure a timely and professional service delivery, including but not limited to registration desks, technical operations, and guest experience.Pre-empt on-site issues escalating and implement solutions to maintain event quality.Post event activities will include collation of feedback as to the event engagement, attendee surveys, vendor performance to produce reports as required summarising outcomes, learning and recommendations.Ensure close collaboration with the Marcom team to all events to ensure branding alignment both at events and the supporting media pre and post event.Work with the Marcom team on the overall management of the supplier budgets ensuring co-op funds are collected and documented.Provide the event content to the Marcom team to support the correct placement of campaign messaging.Ensuring close collaboration with the key point people in EMEA to ensure event stock levels and budgets are maintained.Do you have :Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Project Management, or related field with ideally a level of experience in event co-ordination or a similar role.Experience with managing budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics.Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs.About Us :Founded in 1968, Future Electronics is a worldwide leader in electronic components distribution and is recognized as one of the most respected and innovative companies in the industry today.
