Our client is looking for a Content/Training Manager for one of our clients to be based out of their sites in Gaydon/Leamington Spa on mostly a onsite basis with some flexibility for remote once settled in the role. This role is Inside IR35. Designed and facilitated engaging in-person and virtual training sessions as part of the global Information Cyber Security (ICS) training program, tailored to diverse employee groups across office and manufacturing environments.Your responsibilities:Support the design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions and part of the information cyber security training program.Create a series of personas to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted training to improve cyber awareness and compliance with KPIs.Support the production of phishing exercise metricsSupport Annual creation and delivery of e-learning training material for office and manufacturing colleagues globally.Design & development of the ICS SharePoint site for better user experience.Support for the annual Behavioral awareness programs (Cyber Week).Development of video training content and employee guidance.
