Home Live Jobs Graduate Jobs Graduate Sales Development Representative Graduate Sales Opportunity in CheadleWork for global provider of payroll services£34,850 base salary & uncapped OTENo experience required, apply now for pre-Christmas start What do the company do?This global business support clients with an award-winning cloud-based payroll service and HR solutions, automating processes so that companies can save time and remove risk of human error.With over 1 million customers across 140 countries, they've got a rich history of success and are now looking to bolster their sales team by hiring 3 Graduate Sales Development Representatives.What does the role involve?Working as a Sales Development Representative, your role is all about helping the company create new sales pipeline.Identifying potential revenue opportunities with companies across the UK and Ireland, you'll spend time researching companies, calling decision makers and looking to build relationships with them to the point where they are keen to be booked in for a product demonstration or commit to attending in-person events and webinars. Typically job titles of decision makers you'll speak to will be Head of Finance, Finance Director, Head of Payroll.As you grow and develop in the role you'll begin to work through a progression pathway that can lead Account Executive - where you're closing huge deals yourself All of this is achievable within the first 2 years of the role.What do I need to bring?Huge hunger & desire to start a sales careerConfidence, relationship building and credibility to build relationships with C-Suite ExecutivesThe resilience and determination to work towards targetsCommutable 3 times per week to CheadleWhat is the package offered?£34,850 base salary£50,000 OTE (Uncapped)25 days holiday + bank holidaysOpportunity to qualify for 'presidents club' company trips abroadAll applications will be managed by BMS Performance, market leading in sales recruitment.
