About Us Due to the expansion of our provision we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and passionate team members to join Boundstone Nursery School, working with our youngest children. Your role will be to assist the Babyroom Lead and Daycare Manager in the provision of high-quality childcare. You will support and provide an inclusive, caring and stimulating environment with exciting play opportunities that meet all children’s developmental needs and stimulates their learning. Boundstone Nursery is a large maintained Nursery School which supports children and families in the Lancing Area of West Sussex; we are an important part of the community and pride ourselves in knowing each child as an individual. We are a fully inclusive Nursery and as part of our provision we have a Special Support Centre which supports children with Speech and Language disorders. Job Details Salary: £24,027 Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full time, term time only Location: Boundstone Nursery School, Lancing West Sussex Interviews: 6th June 2025 What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role you will need to: Have a clear understanding of child development and knowledge of how the EYFS can be used to support learning. Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide clear and effective observations or feedback to colleagues. Have the ability to work as part of a team, building positive working relationships.  Have a flexible approach to team roles and supporting change.  Have the ability to work appropriately at all times and maintain discretion, when dealing with information that may be of a personal, confidential or sensitive nature.
