We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join a high-performing, people-focused HR team within our Professional Services client on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with the business to drive meaningful people initiatives and lead a small HR Operations team to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with client groups to understand their priorities and deliver on people strategy to drive a positive and inclusive culture. Partner with managers on organisational design, annual HR processes, talent management, performance, and employee relations. Utilise HR reporting, dashboards, and data insights to inform business decisions. Work closely with Centres of Excellence to implement initiatives across DE&I, talent, recruitment, L&D, and reward. Lead or contribute to business-wide people projects and champion best practice. Provide Employee Relations support and assist Senior HR Business Partners as required. Act as the primary HR contact for graduates, overseeing induction, development, and rotations. Lead and manage a small team of junior HR Administrators Oversee HR Operations activities, including end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. Support and manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery. To be successful in this role you will need a combination of strategic and operational HR experience, to work in a collaborative team environment. Key Requirements Proven HR Business Partnering experience within a Financial or Professional Services environment. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and UK payroll legislation. Excellent employment law understanding and experience managing employee relations cases. Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels. Experience managing or coaching junior members of staff. Workday experience is beneficial.
