With a growing pipeline of work and a stable client base, they offer a secure and rewarding environment for ambitious professionals.Your new role As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects by preparing accurate andpetitive cost estimates. You will work closely with the pre-construction andmercial teams to analyse tender documents, assess project requirements, and develop pricing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:Reviewing drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and evaluate pricing.Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options within tenders.Supporting bid submissions and attending pre- and post-tender meetings.Collaborating with project managers, quantity surveyors, and design teams to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.Maintaining and updating estimating databases and tools.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of high-profile projects while working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in estimating within the construction industry, ideally with experience across a range of sectors. You should bemercially aware, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
