We are looking for a dynamic individual, with high levels of energy and enthusiasm, and who has the following skills and attributes: • Plan and agree sales targets with Sales Operation Manager • Exceed sales budgets • Ability to forecast accurate monthly sales targets • Communication, influencing, and persuading skills • Emotional intelligence – behavioural management, sensitivity, listening skills, empathy, diplomacy Candidates can be from any sector of print, but experience in the commercial/digital print sector will be an added bonus. The basic salary on offer will depend on the calibre and track record of the candidate but is likely to be in the £30-35k basic, plus commission. *** This position has now been filled, but has been left on our website as we have other similar vacancies to this on an ongoing basis that might interest you.
