Our client, a successful multi-branch independent Estate Agency, is looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to join their office in Sittingbourne. Offering a standout package, our client is looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running and continue to increase market share in the business.  What's on offer: 5 day working pattern including some Saturdays OTE £50,000 (realistic) Company car or car allowance Generous holiday allowance Profit share scheme Excellent career development Paid charity events Key Lettings Manager responsibilities include: Leading the Branch, managing profits and pushing the business forward. Mentor and advise your team, working as a collective to achieve goals and targets. Provide expert customer service and advice to Landlords and tenants. Keep up to date with market trends and local knowledge To be considered for the role of Lettings Manager, you must have the following requirements: Proven track record of building strong relationships. Proven experience in Lettings with a track record of winning new business Driven and self-motivated. Able to work well under pressure and help lead the team. Full driving licence.
