Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

A well-regarded independent estate agency in Sittingbourne is seeking a confident and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join its dynamic lettings team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Register and qualify new landlords and tenants
  • Conduct property viewings and handle enquiries
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress deals
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients throughout the lettings process
  • Build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Contribute to the success and performance of the lettings department 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience in residential lettings
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-focused
  • Knowledge of the Sittingbourne area (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential); own vehicle preferred
  • Smart, professional, and well-presented
