Home Manager – Nurse qualified, Care Home Location: Southport Position: Home Manager – Care Home Negotiable Salary: up to £65,000 + bonus Hours: Full time Contract type: Permanent More information: We are looking for an experienced Home Manager, must be nurse qualified to join a fantastic Care Home based in Southport. Registered for up to 60 residents. The home has a great reputation in the area. The home specialises in the following care categories: Care Categories: Dementia Mental Health Condition Older Person Care Physical Disability Respite Care The company: The company have their own training academy to ensure all staff members can access support and training to develop their individual careers and goals Requirements: Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high quality care and achieving good CQC ratings. NMC PIN In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. Recognised qualification in health & social care *The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
