QSW-Looked After Children/UASC-£35ph-Hybrid NonStop Care are working with a well established local authority in the East of Yorkshire for an experienced Social Worker to join their Looked After Children’s team. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with Children Looked After, ideally within Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers & will strive towards the best possible outcome for services users in their care. This position offers hybrid working options, allowing you to manage your own caseloads & diary from the comfort of your own home, meaning you will create a fantastic work life balance. Some responsibilities of this role include ; Completing assessments, visits & establishing care plans for those in need. Identifying the needs of children in your care. Liaison with relevant agencies & authorities to ensure that the greatest standard of care and assistance is given to those in need of support.
