They take pride in working together to deliver and provide the best support possible for children, young people and their familiesby maximising their level of achievement and living fulfilling lives.In Your New Role, You Will Be: Managing a caseload covering LAC Working as part of a team to find the best outcomes for Looked After Children Monitoring and evaluating care and support plansand making sure there in line with Local Authority processes and legal requirements Maintaining and developing professional relationships through direct casework, supervision, with the aim that the individuals identified needs are metTo be a Successful Candidate:Qualified Social Worker Right to work in the UK SWE Registered Experience within Looked after Children's Team All applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.Social work can be challenging at times and here at Aurora Resourcing we are alwayshere to support and guide you through each contract.
