We work with supportive secondary schools across the North East that need calm, reliable people to join their learning support teams this term.You’ll be helping students build confidence, settle into routines and stay engaged in lessons. It’s hands-on, people-focused and a great way to explore careers in teaching, psychology, youth work or pastoral support.No school experience needed. If you’re patient, positive and ready to learn, we’ll guide you.What you’ll be doing • Supporting students in lessons and small groups • Helping them stay focused, motivated and confident • Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams • Offering encouragement, reassurance and steady support throughout the dayWhat’s on offer • £95 to £115 per day, paid weekly through PAYE • Free online training and CPD • Roles across Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland • Full-time or part-time options • Brilliant experience for future teachers, psychologists or anyone exploring youth work or SENDWho we’re looking for • Graduates from any subject • Calm, positive communicators • People who enjoy supporting young people • Reliable team players who want to make a real differenceNo TA qualifications needed.
