This company also has fantastic career development opportunities and a structured and rewarding professional development and Training scheme.  Position Overview – IT Support Technician  Carrying out day to day 1st & 2nd Line support tasks Responding to helpdesk requests both on site and remotely  Desktop, AV, Server & Network Troubleshooting Basic Hardware & Software repairs Deployment of Hardware and software Maintaining network documentation and reporting  Assisting with customer sales requests Provide technical guidance and support to school staff. Position Requirements – IT Support Technician  Full UK driving license  Strong customer facing skills & problem-solving skills 2+ Years in a similar role Experience in AV installations  Familiarly with AutoTask or other helpdesk solutions – desirable CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience  Google (G-Suite) & Office 365 experience MCSA experience – Desirable Apple IOS & OSX Remote access Technology (Team viewer, Datto RMM)  Position Remuneration – IT Support Technician Monday to Friday – 37.5hrs a week (Full time) Salary £21,000 – 25,000 (DOE) 25 days holiday including bank holidays Pension & private health cover Membership of employee ownership trust Paid training / personal development plan Career progression opportunities
