Acting as the senior operational expert under the HR Manager, you’ll lead onplex employee relations matters, performance management, absence cases, and staff welfare. You’ll also:Provide strategic and day-to-day HR advice to managers across the organisation on all aspects of employer relations and HR advice. Lead and develop a small HR team, supporting their growth and wellbeingDrive improvements in HR processes and systemsStay ahead of employment law and sector trends, ensuringpliance and best practiceChampion initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing and engagementSupport the review and enhancement of employee benefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a purpose-led organisation where your voice and expertise will be valued.What You’ll Need to SucceedWe’re looking for a confident andpassionate HR professional who can balance empathy with sound judgement.
