The HR Advisor will work as part a high performing HR team. The HR Advisor will embed themselves in identified business areas and be perceived as an extension to the key stakeholder's team. The HR Advisor role will work very closely with the wider HR team to ensure the proactive approach is appropriate as part of the business vision.

HR Advisor Responsibilities:

- Manage ER issues within business streams
- First point of contact for top quality advice and coaching to all areas of the business regarding conduct, performance, wellbeing and sickness
- Guide, coach and mentor managers to achieve a strong and resilient workforce
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policy, procedure and process
- Be accountable and an advocate for the business' wellbeing strategy
- Play an active role in supporting change management initiatives

HR Advisor Skills:

- Ideally CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- Previous experience working at HR Advisory level, in a generalist role
- Experience in delivering results in a complex set up and fast paced environment
- Able to demonstrate the gravitas to work with all levels within the organisation and possess the ability to push back/challenge where needed
