They are looking for someone with a clearlydemonstrable background in lean manufacturing, or other major continuousimprovement quality systems, to direct and lead all manufacturing operations,striving towards operational excellence. A key component of this role will bethe implementation and follow through on lean manufacturing processes to reducewaste and make ready times. Our client recognises that they will strengthenthrough fresh eyes and an outsider’s perspective, so they are hoping that theirnew recruit will pass on knowledge and know-how to enhance capabilities. Actingas a hands-on mentor, we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic, yetpatient and empathetic leader who will help supervisors and managers becomejust as proficient in lean manufacturing practices and implementation. This is a fantastic time to join a companywhich is currently expanding and branching into new territory. With theaddition of large format/POS printing to its service offering, candidates withthis experience would certainly be at a tremendous advantage.
