Opportunity to work in a Listed Indian CompanyExcellent culture, strong growth prospects and competitive salaryAbout Our ClientThe Company is a listed Indian startup headquartred in GurgaonJob DescriptionDesignation: General Manager, ConsolidationReports to: CFOLocation: GurgaonResponsibilities:Group Financial Consolidation: Consolidating financials for multiple subsidiaries / entities (domestic & international)Ind AS / IFRS Compliance: Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS 110, 111, 28, etc.) and ability to handle transition or reconciliations with IFRS where relevantStatutory Reporting: Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Companies Act, Schedule III, SEBI (LODR), and relevant disclosure normsAudit Management: Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and audit committeesFinancial Controls & Governance: Implementation of internal financial controls (IFC), documentation, and testingSystem Implementation: Experience with ERP-based consolidation tools and automation of financial reportingSubsidiary Accounting Oversight: Review and standardization of accounting practices across entitiesListed Company Environment: Exposure to quarterly closure timelines, audit committee presentations, and SEBI disclosure requirementsM&A / Investment Accounting: Knowledge of acquisition accounting, goodwill recognition, NCI, impairment testing, and investment valuationIntercompany Transactions: Expertise in eliminations, transfer pricing adjustments, and intercompany reconciliationsConsolidation Adjustments: Practical exposure to foreign currency translation, deferred taxes at group level, and consolidation journalsThe Successful ApplicantCA with 8-12 years of post qualification experience of handling financial consolidation and reporting in a LISTED Indian Company,
