Elevation have the pleasure of working with an industry leading, bespoke manufacturing business based in Sheffield, who are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-skilled Technician with immediate effect Salary: £39,897 basic, 25% Uplift on nights, 35% uplift for weekends Location: Sheffield Hours: Days, afters, nights in peak times. Days and afters 5 months of the year A few of the many benefits: Up to 5% bonus Pension capped at 9% 5x death in service Share incentive plan 25 days holiday plus stats Uplift on pay for night shift and weekend work Xmas shut down Buy up to 5 extra holidays Cycle to work scheme Discount on company products Duties of a Multi-skilled Technician : Being proactive within the job focussing on preventative maintenance as well as reactive maintenance of the infrastructure and Mechanical Control Systems. Attending to breakdowns Actively working on a continual improvement project to ensure yourself and the company are the best it can be Dealing with PPM’s Working within a team environment Working with PLC’s Desired experience: You must have at least Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds or NVQ based) It would be advantageous for you to have HNC and HND qualifications but not essential Ideally have worked within a Multi-skilled Technician role previously Must be happy working 1 week of nights and 1 Saturday morning in peak times Have experience of Fault finding withing previous roles. Must have experience of working within a manufacturing environment previously Have experience of working with PLC’s Great communication skills (reading and spoken English is Essential) You must be open minded and flexible to change with the needs and growth of the business
