Exciting Opportunity to develop a career with a Unique Company My client specialises in a niche software product that is in high demand and they are the only provider nationally. Due to continued growth and an opening in the market, they are looking for a Business Development Executive to join an already successful sales team within a relaxed environment where, following a one-of-a kind training programme, you be able to operate under your own initiative and have freedom to make your own decisions, and develop your relationship with a client from the first cold B2B call to delivery of the product and the continued relationship you will have with your client. You will be expected to be highly proactive, with tenacity and an ambition to succeed. Who are you likely to be? Skills: - You will ideally be educated to degree level, but this does not exclude you if you aren't Proven ability within a role where you generated business through B2B sales calls - at least 6 months but ideally more Have excellent communication skills - both verbally and written Personality: - You will want to succeed and be tenacious - with an unwillingness to give up. Happy to work in a target-driven environment in order to be well-rewarded Have charisma and energy Be motivated by success, financial reward and an excellent working environment and employee benefits that are second-to-none. In return for all of the above, you will receive a competitive basic salary of between £18,000 - £25,000 pa, an outstanding commission package which sees first year earnings in the region of £38k-42k, along with some great additional benefits including options of gym membership and Health Cash Plans and employee incentive schemes. In addition to this, you will start on a progressive career path with one of the most exciting companies in Leeds.
