They are committed to providing excellent services and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient account management and support.Job DescriptionTemporary Accounts Executive, EMEA, Reading:Manage and maintain client accounts within the EMEA region to ensure satisfaction and retention.Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.Manage day-to-day accounting activities for EMEA region.Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements.Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.Support budgeting and forecasting processes.Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.Liaise with internal teams and external auditors as required.Assist with process improvements and system updates.The Successful ApplicantA successful Account Executive EMEA (Temp) should have:Proven experience in customer service or account management within a professional setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.Knowledge or experience in the leisure, travel & tourism industry is advantageous.You need to be happy to commit to this 12 - 15 month temporary role and are likely to be a car driver as public transport does not go close to the officeWhat's on OfferCompetitive hourly rate between GBP 14.00 and GBP 20.00.Temporary position with a chance to work in a professional and supportive environment.Exposure to diverse clients within the EMEA region.If you are ready to take on this exciting role as an Account Executive EMEA (Temp), we encourage you to apply today
