The Job: You will be fully responsible for managing this high-end restaurant and team in improving productivity, quality, and service, and increasing sales and profit throughout this operation as our next Restaurant Manager You will support the effective senior operational management team and work with the other heads of department in achieving the revenue and guest satisfaction targets and responding to audits that the company completes ensuring continual improvement is achieved. You will be responsible for developing the guest journey within the main restaurant and achieving satisfaction for all. The Person: The successful Restaurant Manager will demonstrate a solid F&B background gained within a quality high-end restaurant environment and will have been operating at a senior level or indeed at a current Restaurant Management level. You will be service-focused and ideally have a good understanding of the Edinburgh market and culture, so previous experience within the city would be advantageous. Candidates applying need to clearly demonstrate within their CV quality progression and stability within their career as well development of others. This role would ideally suit a career-minded individual looking to move to the next level of Restaurant management and this role as a Restaurant Manager would give you that ideal platform to build towards being aa overall GM in the future.
