You'll help solve technical challenges, improve system performance and support the seamless handover of new schemes into operation.The Role:Review and check mechanical / building services designs, drawings, schematics and technical submissions for district heating and energy centre projectsCarry out site inspections, acceptance tests and commissioning checks to ensure installations meet design, safety and compliance standardsTake ownership of technical decisions, offering guidance that shapes the quality and long-term performance of heat networksSupport project handover and adoption, providing technical input to O&M teams and maintaining accurate technical recordsHybrid working: approx. 2 days on site/office, 3 days from home, 35 hours/week The Person:Background in Mechanical, Building Services or District Heating engineeringExperience in design review, installation or commissioning of heating systemsStrong technical understanding of mechanical servicesMotivated by progression, ongoing learning and stepping into broader technical responsibility as the team expands
