With a robust client base and an extensive candidate CRM system, we pride ourselves on connecting top-tier legal professionals with exceptional in-house legal teams across the the UK.  The Role As a specialist of In-House Legal Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of our strategic talent acquisition efforts, driving growth and excellence in our UK market segment. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated recruitment professional to lead and expand our in-house legal recruitment practice. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with key clients across the London & UK Market Lead the strategic sourcing and placement of high-caliber legal professionals Leverage our existing comprehensive CRM system to identify and engage top talent Manage inbound business opportunities, with approximately 50% of new business generated through existing channels Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals and corporate clients Develop targeted recruitment strategies to meet client needs Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants Drive revenue growth and meet ambitious business targets Candidate Profile We are seeking an exceptional recruitment consultant who demonstrates: Proven track record in legal recruitment, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience Deep understanding of the legal recruitment market in across the UK Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills Strong digital literacy and ability to utilize advanced CRM technologies Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative approach to recruitment Ability to work independently in a hybrid and office based setting Flexible hours of work Confident in running round table events and networking What We Offer Competitive base salary with attractive commission structure Fully remote working with hybrid flexibility Access to cutting-edge recruitment technologies Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Performance-based bonuses and incentives Qualifications Proven success in recruitment, specifically within legal sectors (Private Practice or In-House legal) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficiency in CRM systems and recruitment technologies Ready to Take the Next Step?
