Job DescriptionMy client is a multinational law firm with an exceptional reputation within Real Estate law are now looking for a flexible & highly motivated Legal Recruiter to join their wider team in London, on a permanent basis.The Legal Recruiter will need to have previous legal recruitment experience, ideally from another law firm or legal recruitment agency environment. The role is to support the wider Legal Recruitment team across local office, managing candidate relationships and building a strong working relationships with interim lawyers.The key duties will include:Develop and grow the firms candidate pool of contract lawyersIdentify development opportunities and gaps to promote the firms contract lawyersBuild relationships with both candidatesManage job postings and advertisementsResource and recruitment planningSource suitable candidates both directly and via PSL agenciesAdvise on best practice and market trendsSupport the firm in developing client relationships and always offering a first class serviceThe Legal Recruiter will ideally have experience of working in a Legal recruitment agency or an in-house legal recruitment role and will also have excellent communication, problem solving and business development skills.
