Starting each project with a consultation to fully understand scope and purpose of each product allows them to enjoy building strong, mutually-beneficial working partnerships with clients. We are helping them find a POS/POP Print Field Sales Executive with either previous experience in UV Litho plastic printing, or experience in screen, litho and digital printing from a paper and board background. This field sales role will be responsible for effectively promoting and selling our client’s products through a consultative-based selling approach. The Field Sales Executive will focus on maintaining exceedingly effective business relationships with assigned accounts as well as identifying and onboarding new clients. You will create and implement targeted sales strategies to enhance margins and increase ways that our client’s customers can benefit from their service and product offerings. We are looking for someone who can bring the following to the team: ” Prior experience in field sales with a proven track record of consistent revenue growth ” Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal ” Demonstrated customer service and account service ” Highly effective presentation skills, including professional demeanour, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills ” Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents ” Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels This is a great opportunity to join a company that inspires its staff to be the best they can be and encourage them to reach their full potential.
