Classroom Support Worker, Full Time, Hebburn Pay: £89 to £110 per dayA specialist SEND school in Hebburn is on the lookout for a full-time Classroom Support Worker who enjoys hands-on, purposeful days. The school supports children with a wide mix of needs, including autism, PMLD, and complex communication differences.It’s a place where teamwork matters and every staff member plays a key role in creating a safe, structured, and uplifting learning environment.What you’ll be doing • Supporting pupils with learning, communication, and sensory needs • Helping to create engaging, accessible lessons • Working alongside teachers and therapists • Encouraging independence in small, meaningful stepsWhat you’ll bring • Experience within SEND or care environments • A nurturing approach and buckets of patience • Reliability, resilience, and a sense of humourAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
