If you possess a passion for property sales and are looking to progress your career, this role could be the perfect fit Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday Alternate Saturdays Full-time position The successful Sales Negotiator role will be offered: Basic salary ranging from £24,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) OTE £30,000- £35,000 22 holidays plus bank holidays Standard pension scheme Sales Negotiator requirements: UK Driving License is essential  Previous experience in sales within an estate agency - minimum of 1 year  Committed to delivering top customer service The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wider team  Strong communication skills  As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve: Sales progression  Book and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers with buyers and vendors Coordinate with buyers/vendors, solicitors, and the wider internal team to facilitate smooth transactions Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates  Assist with valuations and property listings as and when required
