Ready to take ownership of commercial delivery on complex, large-scale schemes?We're seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join a civil engineering contractor delivering major civil engineering projects across the region. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing costs, contracts, and client relationships on technically challenging works.Key responsibilities include:Managing project costs from tender through to final accountPreparing valuations, variations, and cost reportsReviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with commercial proceduresLiaising with clients, subcontractors, and project teamsIdentifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering optionsWhat we're looking for:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in heavy civils Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial processesExcellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a wider teamDetail-driven, proactive, and commercially focused approachThis is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to a respected civil engineering contractor, where your contribution will directly influence project success.
