This is an opportunity to join a leading contractor renowned for luxury residential construction and heritage refurbishments across London and the South of England. You’ll be working on a Grade II listed manor house refurbishment, blending traditional craftsmanship with modern innovation. Ensuring financial control and profitability throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a QS on high-end residential or heritage projects. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and cost management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Passion for quality and attention to detail.
