The company is an established market leader in the automotive industry, offering trade and retail customers a full range of OEM and aftermarket parts for general servicing and re-build as well as restoration and tuning for the UK, European and world-wide markets.

The multinational Sales team is growing at a fast pace, leading to the opportunity for a Sales Advisor who is fluent in French or German selling into these markets. In addition, you will speak fluent Dutch to liaise with the offices in Holland and customers. You will be servicing either the French or German market, reaching out to potential customers with the objective to substantially increase their client base.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

Taking and processing orders Invoicing and payments General aftersales enquiries by phone, email, face to face Assisting in checking parts inventory Achieving sales by prospecting, acquiring and maintaining accounts Working within a multilingual team Approaching customers to offer special promotions Telesales is a core part of this position, cold calling, building relationships and an entrepreneurial attitude. Making outbound calls is essential for this role.

Successful candidate:

Experience in the automotive sector is desirable but not essential, full training will be given Collaborative spirit, striving to achieve targets to achieve higher profits and sales Committed to building excellent customer relationships and exceeding customer

expectations

Friendly but professional attitude, with integrity, discretion and objectivity Enjoys technical environment and willingness to learn, a passion for the automotive industry would be ideal Good telephone skills, strong and clear communicator Full, valid and clean driver's license Fluent Dutch + fluency in French OR German
