JOB PURPOSEThe Order Management Coordinator will drive operational excellence by managing the end-to-end order flow from market through to hub and store delivery. They will work proactively with upstream and downstream teams to align the order book, ensuring optimized product distribution across all regions. The role will focus on capsule collections, monthly delivery drops, pop-up events, and divisional order book maintenance, while maintaining a global commercial perspective. RESPONSIBILITIESBuild strong relationships with cross-functional product supply teams and key partners (sourcing, replenishment, supply planning).Manage the market order book from confirmation to stock rebalancing, including capsules, corporate top-ups, and out-of-market orders.Optimize stock flow and execute allocation decisions for shortages, re-timings, and country-specific restrictions in SAP.Oversee end-to-end capsule lifecycle and support monthly procurement cycles.Drive continuous process improvements and monitor regional priorities and performance.Collaborate on downstream meetings and work closely with VIP/Press & Influencer teams for order placement and shipment tracking.PERSONAL PROFILEStrong proficiency in managing orders within SAPExceptional written and verbal communication abilitiesSolid understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle processesAdvanced Excel skills coupled with strong numerical aptitudeAbility to interpret data using analytical skills to determine key actionsFOOTERBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience.Posting Notes: United Kingdom || Not Applicable || London || SC CENTRAL OPERATIONS || ORDER MANAGEMENT || n/a ||
