Class 1 HGV DriverWe are recruiting for x5 Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our client on a temp to perm basis based out of Long Eaton. Our client is able to offer our drivers temp to perm work in a stable environment with a well known brand. We have both day and night shifts available and class 1 drivers will start following a short driver assessment. Shift Patterns / Working Hours Available:+ 4 on 4 off + Days start time 10am (10 hour shifts) + Nights start time between 4pm to 8pm (10 hour shifts)The successful Class 1 HGV Driver will:+ Have held a valid class 1 license for a minimum of 2 years due to insurance purposes+ Have a valid tacho and DQC card+ Be comfortable using a pump truck+ Have a positive can do attitudeYour duties as a Class 1 Driver will include:+ Loading your trailer at the distribution centre ready for your store delivery + Using a pump truck at the point of delivery + Ensure all POD requirements are adhered to You will receive:+ £170 per day (10 hour shift)Benefit of working with Pertemps: + Weekly pay or monthly pay - you choose+ Pension+ Annual leave+ 24/7 support+ Mortgage references To apply for the temp to perm Class 1 HGV Driver role, please submit an up to date CV or call us on 01332 363000 to discuss the opportunity further.
