Your primary focus will be to drive new business opportunities, develop long-term client partnerships, and help expand our presence within the engineering and manufacturing markets.You'll be responsible for identifying target clients, engaging with key decision-makers, and presenting tailored recruitment solutions that address their hiring needs. Supported by our outstanding delivery and resourcing teams, you'll ensure clients receive exceptional service and measurable results.To help you succeed, we'll provide access to a powerful tech stack including Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, Cognism, and leading job boards-equipping you to prospect efficiently and maximise your performance.This is a hybrid role, based between our Bristol office and home, with regular opportunities to visit clients and attend industry events.Our CompanyBMS Performance is a leading specialist engineering recruitment consultancy established for over 30 years and continues to grow and evolve. Experienced in development of new businessThe Package· Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience· An achievable OTE in year 1 is £8K - £10K although it is uncapped so the more you put in the more you'll get out. In year 2 and beyond top performers have been able to double their base salary in bonus so the sky really is the limit .
