Direct and manage Service Managers to ensure operational excellence Develop and implement strategic plans for care services Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support Collaborate with the Training and Compliance Manager to ensure sector compliance Liaise with Recruitment Coordinator for staffing needs The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Care Manager role will possess: Proven leadership experience in a care setting Thorough understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding protocols Excellent communication and IT skills Full UK driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Surrey The Package: The Senior Service Manager role offers a comprehensive package: Annual salary of £32,000 Participation in a second-tier out-of-hours roster with additional compensation Opportunities for professional development and training 35-hour work week, Monday to Friday Our client is a well-established charity dedicated to supporting unpaid carers in Surrey.
