Job Title: Social Worker – Children and Families – Inverness Location: Inverness Pay Rate: £40 per hourAbout the Role: Our client in Inverness is looking for a Social Worker to join their Children and Families Team. As a Social Worker, you will be engaging with children and families, and will demonstrate strong assessment, analytical skills, and resilience while managing competing priorities. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will demonstrate experience working effectively with children and families, engaging and building positive, supportive relationships. You will possess a clear understanding of the ‘Looked After’ system and Children’s Hearings, contributing to informed and child-centred practice. You will work in partnership with various services, showing innovation in identifying and utilising local resources to maximise positive outcomes. Additionally, you will communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, with strong assessment and analytical skills, while managing competing priorities and maintaining personal resilience.
