Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project objectives.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.Prepare and present project reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders.Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.Lead and mentor project teams to achieve optimal performance and successful project outcomes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
