Commercial Affordable Housing Project Manager

Job Description Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion on Multifamily Commercial or Affordable housing projectsEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the defined timeline and budget.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines or budgets.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all project phases.Lead and mentor project team members to achieve project objectives successfully.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
