We exist to unlock the potential of young people facing disadvantage through sport, employment pathways, mental health support, mentorship, and creative programming.We’ve already impacted thousands of lives across London — and now we’re scaling that impact with more structure, stronger partnerships, and bolder ideas.This is your opportunity to be part of that next chapter — from the inside out.About the RoleWe are looking for two volunteer Project Managers (or Project Coordinators) to work closely with our Founder and delivery team on key youth-focused projects — especially our Employment Pathways Programme for young people.This is ideal for:Experienced professionals who want to give back while shaping something meaningfulHungry, forward-thinking graduates ready to lead their first major initiativeIndividuals with a background or passion in youth development, project management, sustainability, or social innovationNote: This is currently a volunteer role. There is potential to grow into a paid position as the organisation secures new funding and scales delivery.What You'll DoLead and manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of key Casual Ballerz CIC programmes (especially focused on employment, development, and mentoring)Bring fresh ideas, innovation, and systems thinking to improve our servicesActively build and maintain partnerships with delivery organisations, community groups, and fundersTrack progress and collect impact data (case studies, reports, service records)Work across teams (delivery, comms, operations) to make sure our work is efficient, responsive, and truly impactfulLead and facilitate collaborative efforts with other organisations tackling poverty, inequality, and youth unemploymentIdentify opportunities to co-design or co-deliver services with external partnersMap the youth development landscape in Hammersmith & Fulham and beyondRequired Meetings:Staff Meeting – Sundays at 8 PM (Zoom)Project Management Meeting – Tuesdays at 8 PM (Zoom)Funding meetings are not required for this role.What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Skills & Qualities:Passion for working with young people and communitiesReal initiative and the ability to make things happen without being askedA background (professional or academic) in project management, youth work, development, innovation, or community organisingStrong communicator — written, verbal, and digitalConfident collaborator who can inspire and motivate othersAbility to travel across London when neededComfortable working flexibly across in-person and remote settingsNice-to-Haves:Experience managing projects within charities, CICs, or grassroots orgsFamiliarity with safeguarding, equality and inclusion, and community partnershipsSkilled in using project management tools, Microsoft 365, or collaborative platformsKnowledge of youth services, employability pathways, or systems change workWhat You’ll GainDirect influence on projects that impact young lives across West LondonA seat at the table in a dynamic, grassroots organisation with bold plansOpportunities for leadership, innovation, and eventual paid employmentMentorship from our founder and core teamA chance to build something meaningful, not just manage admin
