Our established office in Cannock are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Transport team We are willing to consider all levels of experience from trainee level through to more seasoned Recruitment Transport Managers.We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals – full training will be provided for anyone looking for a role in recruitment and full support given to experienced recruiters for career progression and development. The Job Role: Working as a 360 Transport Consultant Business Development and Selling our services B2B Building Client relationships Visiting clients and managing their accounts Recruiting HGV / LGV and Van drivers Carrying out all transport compliance tasks such as WTD and Licence Checks Knowledge of current transport legislation A good understanding of IR35 Face to face interviews carried out with candidates Successfully placing the right people into the right jobs Requirements: Sales experience would be preferred but not essential Experience in dealing with people face to face or solid customer service skills essential Commitment to provide a first-class service to our clients and candidates A self-assured, confident and outgoing professional who is committed to learn and succeed Confident personality and ability to talk to people at all levels A self-starter with a motivated and tenacious approach is important An engaging personality – a positive attitude and great sense of humour is key A full UK driving licence or currently learning to drive is essential The Package: Working for a market-leading Recruitment Company that will support you in your career development 26 days holiday (25 plus Birthday off) Competitive Basic salary + Excellent uncapped commission structure Company car allowance (depending on experience) Fast path career progression opportunities On-going training and development program Holidays Abroad and Luxury Mini Breaks to be won, team charity events and other sales incentives Annual celebrations Employee Reward & Engagement Scheme We are a sociable bunch too – so regular team bonding events are encouraged
