This is a key strategic role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing across multiple manufacturing, distribution and commercial sites throughout the EMEA region. You will lead on the development, implementation and continuous improvement of safety culture, systems and compliance, supporting operational teams to deliver excellence across a complex and dynamic business.Key Responsibilities:- Drive the health, safety and wellbeing agenda across multiple international sites within EMEA- Provide expert advice, guidance and leadership on HSE matters to site and regional teams- Ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate safety standards across all regions- Conduct regular audits, site visits and risk assessments, identifying improvement opportunities- Deliver training, coaching and mentoring to enhance safety awareness and performance- Lead investigations, implement corrective actions and share best practice globally- Develop data-led reporting and KPI monitoring to support continuous improvement.The Company:Our client is a highly respected global food manufacturer known for quality, innovation and integrity.
