We are expanding rapidly across EMEA and are now seeking a strategic, experienced, and forward-thinking Manager Safety & Compliance to lead and elevate our global governance and safety culture. About the Role This is a pivotal position responsible for driving the organisation's entire safety and compliance strategy. You will oversee all integrated management systems and accreditations, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, and 27001, as well as external frameworks such as EcoVadis, Achilles, and Cyber Essentials. You'll work closely with senior leadership to embed a culture of safety, resilience, and accountability across the business, ensuring our operations remain best-in-class as we continue to scale globally. Key Responsibilities Integrated Management Systems Lead and continuously improve all certified management systems. Ensure ongoing compliance with all ISO and external accreditation bodies. Health & Safety Leadership Serve as the organisational lead for H&S. Chair the Health & Safety Committee and drive proactive safety behaviours. Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are delivered. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to legislation, regulatory obligations, and internal policies. Conduct internal audits and implement improvement actions. Risk Management Lead risk assessments across safety, environmental, and operational areas. Provide informed insights to support safe, effective decision-making. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Occupational H&S, Environmental Health, Risk Management or equivalent. NEBOSH General Certificate (essential); Diploma (desirable). IOSH membership preferred (GradIOSH or working toward Chartered). Strong experience in health & safety, compliance, or integrated management systems. In-depth knowledge of ISO frameworks and compliance auditing. Experience with additional accreditations (EcoVadis, Achilles, Cyber Essentials) is a plus.
