Intervention Specialist – Hayes (Primary) £100–£130 per day | Full Time | Immediate Start | Long-Term OpportunityAre you passionate about driving pupil progress and closing learning gaps? A fantastic primary school in Hayes is looking for an experienced Intervention Specialist to deliver targeted academic support across KS1 and KS2.If you thrive in a role where you can see measurable impact — and you love helping pupils build confidence and catch up — this could be perfect for you.The Role • Deliver focused 1:1 and small-group interventions in reading, phonics, writing and maths • Support pupils with SEND needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and EAL • Plan structured sessions that accelerate progress and boost attainment • Track and monitor pupils’ development alongside class teachers • Work closely with the SENCO and SLT to identify priority pupils • Help pupils regulate, stay on task and develop positive learning habitsWhat I’m Looking For • Strong experience delivering primary interventions — essential • Confident with phonics, reading fluency and maths reasoning • Ability to tailor sessions to individual and group needs • Calm, proactive, organised and SEND-aware • Someone positive who builds trust quickly • Passionate about improving outcomes for childrenWhat the School Offers • £100–£130 per day • Immediate start with long-term potential • Supportive staff and leadership team • A friendly environment that values intervention work • Free SEND, phonics and behaviour training • Continuous support from a dedicated consultantIf you’re committed to helping pupils make real academic progress and you have strong intervention experience, I’d love to hear from you.
