As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to children with SEN within schools in the Boston area. We are looking for someone with a compassionate heart, resilience, and a true desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. Key Responsibilities: Providing one-on-one or small group support to children with SEN Assisting the class teacher in implementing tailored learning plans Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment Offering encouragement and motivation to empower students to achieve their potential Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning Requirements: Previous experience working with children or in a SEN setting is highly desirable Possession of a driving license is preferred Resilience, patience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives Ability to adapt and support diverse learning needs The key benefits of working with Simply Education: Your own dedicated consultant with around the clock access via phone/text/email.
