We re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant / Therapeutic Learning Assistant to join our small, supportive team at a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Scunthorpe. If you re passionate about helping children and young people with additional needs succeed both academically and personally we d love to hear from you. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you ll play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEMH and other additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you ll help create a calm, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
