With continued growth and a strong commitment to operational excellence, they are now seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager - Nights to join their dynamic warehouse operations team.Job DescriptionReporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager - Nights will oversee the end-to-end operations of the night shift. You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that all activities-from goods-in to order dispatch-are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of accuracy.Key responsibilities will include:Managing, coaching, and developing the night shift team to achieve KPIs.Ensuring all warehouse processes adhere to health and safety standards.Monitoring workflow to optimise productivity and minimise errors.Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operational flow.Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal Warehouse Manager - Nights candidate will be an experienced warehouse leader with a track record of managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will be proactive, hands-on, and able to drive performance through engagement and strong leadership.You will bring:Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within warehousing/logistics.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and best practices.Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.A flexible approach, with the ability to work night shifts and adapt to operational demands.What's on OfferOn offer for the successful candidate is the following:Basic salary - £40kDiscretionary bonus25 days + Bank Holiday (can buy additional days)Pension scheme (4 and 4)Employees benefits platform and discount on productsDays of work:Sunday to Thursday9pm to 6amLogistics Distribution and Supply Chain
