We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client's dynamic team based in Newbury. If you are looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Working hours are either 8am - 4pm or 11am - 8pm, paying £11.76 per hour. This is a temporary assignment for Monday 23rd - Friday 27th September, however this could be extended week on week. Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet the required standards Handle and stack goods in a safe and organised manner Assist with inventory management and stock rotation Operate a computer including Microsoft Office Packages and Excel Spreadsheets Maintain a clean and tidy work area Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to achieve common goals Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a warehouse setting Reliable and punctual with a diligent work ethic Computer skills Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for growth and career development within the organisation Supportive and inclusive working environment Training provided to enhance your skills Joining our client's team means becoming part of a close-knit and diverse team of professionals.
