About this RoleWe are looking for 3 enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individuals to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum, each role is hours per week.• To deliver targeted interventions.• To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.• To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school• You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion• You will be working with pupils with SEND across KS1 and KS2These posts are fixed term until 31st August 2026.About First FederationOur trust started life as a small group of schools in South Devon and our founding schools have been working together since 2006.
